Manchester Inc released a study that included 100 executives, mostly from Fortune 1000 companies.  This study showed that companies that provided coaching to their executives realized improvements in productivity, quality, organizational strength, customer service, and shareholder value.  They received fewer customer complaints, and were more likely to retain executives who had been coached.  In addition, a company’s investment in providing coaching to its executives realized an average return on investment (ROI) of almost six times the coast of the coaching.

The Optimum Balance of Leadership

Built from Moreen and Anil's individual thesis work on composure, this seminar allows individuals to get a more in-depth understanding of the neuroscience that drives our ability to maintain an optimum balance to increase performance.  Like Athletes, leaders can anticipate situations that will limit they performance levels and pre plan how to more effectively manage through these scenarios. Moreen provides insight from the corporate perspective whereas Anil provides insight from a policing perspective.  

Communicating With Styles

This half-day workshop is designed to give participants insight into how their communications styles impact their success in working with people.

We use an interactive approach to getting the participants to thinking about how they communicate.  As we communicate in a faster paced and more crowded world; we can no longer rely on our ability to connect with just a few people and not others.  The mastery of skills to communicate in a much more sophisticated and knowledgeable way is critical to bringing about the results we desire in our world, both personally and professionally.  Whether we are working in a large company, an entrepreneurial business, or self-employed; such understanding of others will serve us and the people we interact with very well.
